1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website clean-green.ae and the booking of services provided by Clean & Green LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), registered and operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By accessing our website, submitting a booking inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. About Our Services
Clean & Green provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Dubai and the wider UAE, including but not limited to:
Regular home cleaning
Deep cleaning
Move-in / Move-out cleaning
Office and commercial cleaning
Post-construction cleaning
Specialized cleaning services (as offered on the website)
Service availability, pricing, and scope may be updated at any time. Current offerings and prices are always displayed on our website.
3. Booking & Confirmation
3.1 Bookings can be made via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels listed on the site.
3.2 A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written or electronic confirmation from us (via email, WhatsApp, or SMS).
3.3 We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case any payment made will be fully refunded.
3.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that the property address, contact details, and service requirements provided at the time of booking are accurate and complete.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, in accordance with UAE tax regulations.
4.2 Payment can be made via:
Credit/debit card (processed via secure payment gateway)
Bank transfer
Cash on completion (where applicable)
Online payment link
4.3 Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) may be required before service commencement.
4.4 Prices quoted are valid at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice for future bookings.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellation:
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling
Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price may apply
No-show (customer not present at the agreed time and location): Full service charge applies
5.2 Rescheduling:
Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge
Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to availability and may incur a fee
5.3 Company Cancellation:
In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment (e.g., due to emergency, staff illness, or severe weather), we will notify you as early as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
6.2 Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
We cancel a confirmed booking
The service was not delivered as agreed and could not be resolved
6.3 Refunds will not be issued for:
Cancellations within 24 hours (subject to the cancellation fee in Section 5)
Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences not communicated before service delivery
6.4 If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will assess the complaint and, where valid, offer a re-clean at no charge or a partial refund.
7. Access & Customer Responsibilities
7.1 The customer must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed date and time.
7.2 The customer is responsible for securing or removing valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items prior to the cleaning session.
7.3 Pets must be secured in a safe area during the cleaning session for the safety of both the animal and our staff.
7.4 Any hazardous conditions, special access requirements, or relevant property issues must be disclosed at the time of booking.
8. Our Responsibility & Liability
8.1 Our cleaning team will perform services with reasonable skill and care in line with professional cleaning standards.
8.2 In the unlikely event of damage caused by our staff during a session, please notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will investigate and, where we are found responsible, compensate you fairly.
8.3 We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to property or items
Damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
Damage to items left unsecured or not disclosed as fragile
Any indirect or consequential losses
8.4 Our total liability per incident shall not exceed the value of the service fee paid for the relevant appointment.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, and design elements, is the property of Clean & Green LLC and is protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
10. Privacy & Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).
11. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools and service providers (e.g., payment gateways, scheduling software, WhatsApp Business) to deliver our services. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Use our website for any unlawful purpose
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking information
Attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of our website
Copy, scrape, or reproduce any content from our website without permission
13. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter amicably.
14.3 If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the Dubai Courts or to the relevant consumer protection authority in accordance with UAE law.
14.4 Consumers also have the right to file a complaint with the UAE Ministry of Economy or Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET).
